Established in Jincheon, Chungbuk Province in May 2010 to meet the exploding demand for makkoli.
Land area of 26,800㎡ and total floor area of 14,850㎡, 1 underground and 2 aboveground story building is the largest makkoli plant in Korea. In the underground floor are the rice mill, the rice steaming room, the fermentation room and chiller room, and on the ground floor is the packing system.

On the 2nd floor are the dormitory, dining hall, R&D Center and offices. This plant is the center for the globalization of makkoli, and exports to 11 countries including Japan and China.
The plant produces Wolmae 1000ml and 750ml in PET bottles and 350ml cans, from Korean rice. Daily production capacity is 100,000 liters. In Nov. 2010, the first export of ‘Seoul Makkoli’ to Japan was shipped (Lotte Liquors). The product was specially developed for Japanese market and sold in Japan by Santori, our Japanese partner.
